Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

Worlebury is an independent IT consultancy helping businesses audit their IT estate, modernise infrastructure, adopt AI with a clear head, and close operational gaps others miss.

If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your personal data, you can contact us at: info@worlebury.com

2. What information we collect

When you use the enquiry form on our website, we collect the following personal data:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name (optional)
  • Your message

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any form of website tracking technology.

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We collect your personal data for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry.

Our legal basis under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) is legitimate interests: responding to a direct enquiry initiated by you. We have assessed that this processing does not override your privacy rights, since you have chosen to contact us and have a reasonable expectation that we will respond.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained for up to 12 months from the date of receipt. After this period, emails are deleted. If an enquiry leads to an ongoing client relationship, data relevant to that relationship may be retained for longer in line with our legal and contractual obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your enquiry is transmitted to us via Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form processing service. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf and receives the data you submit through the form in order to deliver it to our inbox. Web3Forms is based in the United States. For information about their data handling practices, please refer to the Web3Forms privacy policy at web3forms.com.

No other third parties receive your personal data.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you
  • The right to rectification if your data is inaccurate or incomplete
  • The right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten")
  • The right to restrict processing of your data
  • The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@worlebury.com. We will respond within one calendar month.

7. How to contact us or make a complaint

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, please contact us in the first instance at info@worlebury.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority:
